What does your self-perception say?
If you saw the trees first:
You're a balanced person, often considered a role model by those around you. But lately, so much fatigue, tension, and responsibility have accumulated within you that you feel internally drained. Even though you're smiling, a part of you longs for a real break. What does this test suggest? Dare to slow down. You don't have to carry it all alone.
If this were an elephant that jumped at you:
It's not the present that's overwhelming you, but what might happen. You think a lot, especially about what you can't control. This tension about the future prevents you from savoring the moment. What your mind is telling you: breathe, refocus, and trust what's coming.
If you saw a human silhouette:
What you're feeling may be related to your relationships. You give a lot of yourself, sometimes too much, without always receiving the balance you deserve. This could be a partner, a loved one, or even a coworker. This test encourages you to set boundaries, listen to your needs, and find your personal space.
If a lion marked you:
You're brimming with desires, ideas, and plans... but something's holding you back. Perhaps it's fear, past criticism, or perhaps simply a slowly growing lack of self-confidence. This image of a lion, powerful and majestic, reminds you that this power already exists within you. It's time to awaken it.
What if I see something abstract?
Your mind is cluttered. Too many thoughts, too many things to do or manage. The confusion you feel reflects your need for clarity, a break, and a breather. This test holds up a mirror: it's time to breathe, give yourself some peace, and reconnect with yourself.

What should you do with what you've experienced?
This type of assessment isn't intended to provide a diagnosis, but rather to put you in front of a mirror. It helps you put into words (and pictures!) what you may be feeling silently.
Now take a moment to breathe deeply. Close your eyes and repeat gently, at your own pace:
“I accept what I feel and release what burdens me.”
It's not about understanding everything at once, but about opening a space for dialogue with yourself. And sometimes that's enough to take the first step towards feeling better.
Because listening to your mind… is taking care of yourself.
