That's right. First, place the flour in a mixing bowl and mix in the salt.
Then, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with a fork and add it to the flour mixture. Add the margarine or butter as well.

Now everything together with Knethaken ok. Knead for 3 minutes on a low level at first and then on the highest level until the dough is smooth.

Now preheat the oven to 100°C, turn it off and leave the cake covered with a tea towel for 25 – 30 minutes, until the cake has visibly expanded.

Once the dough is pasted again on baking paper, shape it into a strip and place it with the baking paper in a pan (about 26 cm).

Ok again. Leave to rise for 30 minutes until the dough has expanded again.

Preheat oven to 215°C, convection air 190°C, gas level 4-5 and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes.
